Wedding & Party Rental Rates
Full Day Weekend Rental
Friday & Saturday: 10am – 6pm or 2pm – 10pm, Sunday 2pm – 10pm
Includes full use of venue: Lobby & Reception room, Patios, Gazebo, Arbors, and the Garden Lawn. Two bridal rooms with private restroom. Buffet and dining tables included. 8hrs $995.00 plus tax
Half Day Weekend Rental
Saturday & Sunday – Reservation accepted no earlier than 60 days in advance
Choose the reception room, the upper patio or the lawn. Buffet and dining tables included. Between 10am – 2pm or 12pm- 4pm Saturday / Sunday 2pm – 6pm only. 4hrs $495.00 plus tax
Half Day Weekday Rental
Tuesday – Thursday
Reservations accepted at any time. Choose the reception room, the upper patio or the lawn. Buffet and dining tables included. Choose 10am – 2pm, 12pm – 4pm, or 4pm – 8pm 4hrs $400.00 plus tax
Outdoor Ceremony – 2 hour
Choose the patio with gazebo, the brick path and arbor, OR the south lawn any weekday between the hours of 10am – 4pm or weekday evenings Tues – Thurs. 6pm – 8pm. Reservation accepted no earlier than 60 days in advance. $200.00 plus tax
All rates are subject to tax. Deposit requirements vary based on option selected, final payment and selection of caterer and bartender must be received no later than 60 days before the event. Rental deposit is non-refundable.
